Books I’m excited to Read This Year

I mentioned this and last week’s newsletter (PS you can subscribe here) about how reading is important to the writing and drafting process. For a long time I was worried that reading while I’m writing and drafting would hinder my own voice. But now that I am back to my roots of being an avid reader I am personally finding that it is so important to the writing process. This year I set a goal to read at least 12 books if not more. That means at least one book a month! Here are the books I’m most excited to read this year.

  1. Lore Olympus Volume 2-4

  2. Line of Tepes

  3. Apprentice to the Villian

  4. The Cousins O’Dwyer Trilogy

  5. Beneath a Sun Deprived Sky

  6. Wicked

  7. Son of a Witch

  8. Starlight Web

I am sure there are so many more but I need to keep reading to find out. Also there are additional books in the above series that I will likely read. I am also planning on getting through some of the DNF from last year that I need to. Well I guess it’s time to get reading.
